If it is only your fans not working on speeds 1 or 2 but ok on 3 then it is the fan speed resistor located under the plastic vent cowling that sits under your wiper arms.
The wiper arms and the rubber strip along the back edge of the engine bay need to be removed before carefully removing the very thin plastic vent cowling cover.
Over on the passenger side you will see a littlesquare mesh type looking box that is the resistor.

    Almost....

For climate control models its called the fan amplifier, it sits closer to the middle of the bottom of the windscreen under the plastic cowling where the wipers are. Its in a little plastic rectangular shaped box from memory. You need to undo this box and then the fan amplifier is located underneath. Its basically just a big transistor with a whopping great heat sink on it, looks a bit like echidna spikes!

If you are handy with a screwdriver, then you'll be fine. Its very easy to replace, once you get to it, just unscrew the fan amplifier, disconnect the plug for the wiring and then put the new one in.
