What purpose do these serve?

Jcers.What are the 2 spaghetti hoses that connect into the top on the outside of the VS wagon fuel tank that lead to the filler neck connectors on the other side? When i blow into one it blows through no problem with a short pipe in the tank(couple of inches).But when i blow into the other one though the long pipe in tank,it doesnt budge.Is it supposed to blow through? Thanks again.

They'd be the breather pipes to the filler - it's possible one will have a one-way valve on it but I'm not really sure.

if blowing thru dsnt work try suckin it and see if you get anything haha
