What timing chain would my engine run?

Hey all, just went to Bursons to get a timing chain for my VR, apparently there are three different chains... My car is a September 1994 built V6, Original Engine, VH1426342, could someone tell me what chain i have and what timing set i need? They told me to pull the chain out and bring it to them so it can be ordered, but i'd really like to do the whole job within a day... Whats an average price for a full timing kit with tensioner? Repco wants around $240 depending on the chain...

Also, my auto box is on its last legs, still drivable around town but slips under high load, is it cheaper to swap in a decent T5 than the $1800 for the auto overhaul? Taking into account the better price i'll get for it when i sell it to a P plater as a manual?

alright no part number but its 32 links in total

Apparently some chains were 11mm wide some were 9.5mm perhaps different lengths also? My engine is too new for that tensioner
