Fuel Pressure Reg

Was thinking about getting a better fuel pressure reg injectors and a fuel pump.My question is will it work?? or will the computer just set the injectors to pump the normal amount of fuel in irrelevent of the fuel pressure?.
if it will work where and how do you fit it??

From the look of your previous posts you have a V6, so I wouldn't bother, they will make slim to no difference.
