tie rod ends i'm pretty sure just screw on (btu don't quote me, i've only had it done by a pro)
handbrake is easy, there's an adjustor either under the car or under the handle itself, i forget where, but either way it's just turning a nut or 2 to adjust

Have a look in the "how to" section as I think its covered there. If not there then I'd do a search for "tierod ends" and "adjusting handbrake"

To adjust the handbrake you will need 2 10mm spanners (or they may be 8mm), and under the car (directly under the car), put some blocks at your wheels put your handbrake down, then loosen the 2 nuts, and send them up the thread...Go back into your car, then slowly pull the handbrake up, should make 5 clicks. if it makes too many continue to sent the nuts up the bolt, if it makes less, then get back under and bring the nuts back down. Once it's at 5 tighten the 2 bolts against each other (turn one clockwise, the other anti clockwise)

handbrake is VERY easy, once you get under you'll know exactly what I'm talking about, and depending on how low your car is, you wont even need to use a jack. But just remember to use blocks, and to have handbrake down

Tie rod ends unscrew off the tie rods, this part is easy. The hard part is seperating the tie rod end from the 'stub axle' or whatever its called. You need a special tool for that. You will need a wheel alignment after you replace them , so you might consider getting a quote for the whole job from a tyre / suspension shop.

While the quick (and dirty?) way to adjust the park brake is to pull the cable tighter using the adjusting nut found under the centre of the car, the right way is to back the cable tension off using the nut then adjust the tensioners for the park brake shoes found inside the rear disc top hats.

There are access holes in the backing plates (look for the rubber plugs that should be in each of them) that will allow you to turn the adjuster that pushes the shoes out into the disc top hat from under the car.

Alternatively, you can pull the discs off to move the adjuster. Then you can go back and adjust the cable tension. 7-8 clicks is about right for a VN-VS to avoid the shoes dragging.
