You are likely to have problems with stalling when you clutch the car when pulling up at an intersection.
You will also get the engine check light coming on unless you have disabled the auto in the memcal.

I am having the same problem with a VR auto To manual conversion. How do we disable the atuo in the memcal? Will this stop the stalling?

If you want to keep the original wiring loom and auto pcm the easiest solution would be Auto to Manual speedo solution

You have to get the memcal modded to disable the auto trans functions.

the vs ecu has a second input for manual VSS on pin D2 of the ecu instead of the stock auto location which is different for the different sensor wiring diagram is here on how to hook it up Rob's Creative Calibrations
