Default Anyone know where to get 8 bolt vp-vs Flywheel?

Hi there i recently clean swapped my manual vn with a auto vs... the vn had the series two motor with the 8-bolt fly wheel i have another full manual conversion here just without the fly wheel and have discovered that finding another 8-bolt flywheel has proved difficult.. Has anyone found a good supplier or got one to swap?? Got many VN-VS parts.

Also just to double make sure the 8-bolt fly wheel does fit a vs? and the bell housings are the same? i only sure they fit up to a vr wasnt sure about the ectotecs.

    Thanks

you could basically go into youpullit, find a manual vp / vr or vs and take the flywheel out of that and there you go, they are the easiest flywheel to come across below vs, only problem as said above are the 6 bolt ones out of the vn series 1s

Only problem with that is most wreckers iv seen wont sell a fly wheel or g/box or even a center console plate. They sell them all as a whole packaged manual conversion and wont separate.

over here in SA, theres a place called UPullIt its probably biggewst wrecker in SA, you go in, tear apart a car, get wat u want carry it to the desk and pay for it, if some lowlifes in other wreckers in diff states dnt wana sell yuo just the flywheel tell them to sit on it, im sure someone over here in SA could find you a flywheel, buy it and u pay em back + postage.

the pickapart i went to here tried to jack me $330 for a L3 cluster and $100 for a flogged out set of rear control arms for my wagon, obviously i told em to keep them. The wreckers here get a hold of anything V8 or manual and next minute its got prices on it you only find in jewlery stores

Its off an ecotec so it'll fit it. But its for a getrag box by the looks of it and they ran a different flywheel to the T5's
