vs hand brake tentioning?

ive searched but cant find anything.
How do i tighten the handbrake on my vs ute?

under the car there is 1 cable that branches off in to 2 also there is a rod and 2 nuts just tighten the rod up using the nut till its taught and the inside handle feels nice.

also you can pull the wheels off and the dics etc and tighten the shoes that way....

thanks i tightened it from underneath and now it works
