VR V8 WAGON...value?

Hi guys...

i own a 94 vr commy wagon...
yes it is v8 and yes it is (unfortunatly)auto.

i have to sell my wagon so i can buy a house but i have no idea on how much they are worth.
i have done it up a lil bit like body kit,exhaust,mags,sound system,suspension,brake upgrade and a couple of other mods.i spose another thing it has goin for it is that is in good nic and only has 149xxxkms on the clock.
if anyone can help me out on the value of the mighty v8 wagon all info would be greatly appretiated.

Bugger, sad times. Unfortunatly for me and you they arnt worth alot. But Having such low K's is a huge advantage to you. Also the mods dont nessacarily add alot of value. You can nearly get a better price by just having it very clean and stock looking. That why alot of people pull out any salvagable mods and sell the separate.

My honest opinion if your not in no hurry to sell, i'd try the neiche?? market side of things as it is a V8 wagon and i know i had to look for months to find one when i got mine.
I'd put it on ebay(because somtimes things go for way more then they are worth) with a $5000 reserve and see if you can get it or more.

But my advice for the sale is to make it look simple and clean. If its got gutter rash chrome mags sell or swap them for some clean standard looking alloys. Possibly put the standard springs back in for the sale and sell them to the buyer as an extra if they want them, or whack em on ebay and get $50 for em...ect ect. Good Luck man

Another good place to sell it would be carsales.com.au they charge $40 for the static advert and there is not as many problems with non-payers as on Ebay from my experience.

Anyone who posts, keep in mind the car is in WA, meaning their prices are alot higher!


What model is the wagon? Exec, berlina? and what features does it have? Cruise control, power anything?

If its a pov pack exec with no features, i'd say about $6000 is the bottom line you should take. Anything above that, ask higher.

yea its only an executive but i have put a cruze control unit in it...but yea is lackin in the pwer windows department but i am also lookin at throwing them in aswell

Forgot to ask aswell, is it white? Any other colour you could ask more, but white is plain!
