    Default Level 3 Cluster - Odometer Setting?

    I plan on installing a Level 3 cluster into a VR Commodore, with that, I was considering
    I've read on here that you can get the Level 3 odometer set to match your current odemeter.

    I've tried calling several local holden service departments... This is what I get:
    * Heartland Holden (Parramatta) said it will take approx 60-90mins @ $156.
    * Lansvale Holden (Lansvale) - These guys said they don't have the right adapter for a VR Commodore, and to call their sister, Mgrath @ Liverpool.
    * Mcgrath's Liverpool (Liverpool) - They're adament that it can't be done.

    Has anyone had this done and how much did it cost (or can anyone do it?)?
    Regards,
    OzJD

    highly illegal to do this without consumer affairs consent, i cant legally do it to any car without all the approved paper work.

    yeah i know, i do this daily lol.... to roll back a clock legally....in s.a. you have to tell consumer affair why your rolling it back, whos doing it, and what the kays of the new and old cluster are before they approve it . i do all model clusters.

    its only s.a that has the consumer affairs approval required, other states dnt care lol. im doing a level 3 odo rollback for a user on this forum currently , Price for it is 220 if anyone is curious and for all the users who keep going to holden dealerships and getting screwed around ... they cant set you odo if your car has more than ten kilometres on it
