Need Help Quick, Cheap and Easy Performance Mods

hey guys

can u please help me work out wat is the quicket and cheapst way to get more performance out of my vs ute

at the moment i have pretty much no money, and not a lot of knowledge, but i know this guy who keeps ripping me about my ute, so i want some performance upgrades quick to shut him up

i was thinking a cold air intake for now, but im not sure how much performance gain that will have

please help me with this asap, as im sick of this idiot ripping into me about my car, when his has been in a accident, and only has a new exhaust system on it and he automaticly thinks he is gonna be the next v8supercar champ.

any help would be appriciated

no offence man but grab sum balls and just ignore him no point having a full on grafted fight over sumthing where it will cost you money and not him.

good point man, sorry i bought it up, i just had a brain snap, but still any cheap performance mods would be appreciated

depending on how much you're willing to spend you could go for extractors which might cost around $600 give or take a couple hundred lol, or you could get a new exhaust system with a replacement cat and a performance exhaust, not sure on prices but i got a performance exhaust from cat back for $300, cat will cost more though

mate its a commodore forum... chances are someone has made a thread before on how to get power out of a V6 commodore engine lol.

apart from that.

K&N panel filter
2 1/2 exhaust with hi flow cat and super turbo mufflers will get you on your way nicely and if you get all done properly id budget about 800

sumtimes searching on here can be a bit of a drag, found its easier to google it then reffer to the jc links that pop up
