VS Stacker install (HELP)

G,day fellas im a newbe & just hoping one of you can help me,I have just down graded from a WH caprice to a 96 vs exec it still has the factory radio/cassette player my question is would it be worth my while buying a vs statesman factory stacker & head unit off ebay to fit in the exec and if so is there much involved in the instalation of it ? im not a huge music buff but just good to have a stacker there. cheers

the plug on the back of the radio between the 2 cars is different....the calais/statesman plug has more pins and is wider than the executive one, i tried the same thing with my car and a statesman radio i had sitting around.
