    Default Condensation in Tail Light

I've had my altezzas on for a week now and i've just noticed that my right tail light gets condensation inside of it, usually in the mornings (6am) or hot days

obviously the air cant escape somehow, is there any way of correcting this myself without sending the tail light back?

u will find if u dont send them back they will go a "smokey or cloudy" after time. but if u have a boot leak or the lights arnt fitted correctly it will happen over again

You may have a leak in the boot and also check that your connection to the lights are nice and tight

does condensation come from air that cant escape? wouldnt making them tighter stop the air escaping even more?

thanks for the very fast replies.

and if i had a boot leak, my old stock tail light would have done the same right?

Water creates condensation and if they are dry inside nothing can get in or out so if your boot doesn't leak have you fitted the lights in nice and tight as for when they are new your seal is not compressed yet so ensure you have a nice tight fit and your connections to the light are firm.

If condensation is appearing, water has leaked inside and you don't need much to have it appear on the lens
