vr cuts out

My vr v6 sometimes dies on me when i put it into drive or reverse it has only happened 2 times and the car starts straight back up just wondering what the problem could be...any1 know?

yeah i'd say what is happening is that it's stalling between shifting, i had similar issues way back in the day, turned out to be a dead trans...
but i would check error codes make sure there's nothing comming up, as it could also be the CAS!!!
