Try adjusting it, if its out of alignment youll have problems, and blow it out with some compressed air, maybe some dirt is blocking it inside somewhere

    Default Vr Door Lock

Yeah my drivers side door lock does that, i had a closer look the other day and the red part of the door lock, that is visible only wen the car is unlocked, it is loose, it must need to be glued on the back, because wen all the others go down and lock the red piece is stopping that door lock to go down, have a look and see if it is loose..

once the door interior is off take a look towards the lock area and spray with the WD40 where all the rods are that join onto the lock and lever to open the door from the inside. once youve sprayed, grab the metal rod that is used for the lock and run it backwards and forwards a few times. this should lubricate it. then try the central locking again. also check the black plug for the central locking as well and see if its loose.
