right indicator blinking hell fast

does any1 know why this is happning? better yet does anybody know how to fix it?

check to see if all indicators on the right are working. ie front side and rear.
normaly if one of those aint working it will go nuts

check to see if no other blinkers are blown. some cars (not sure about commies) blink fast if the circuit is broken

yeah its with commies to coz when i changed my tail lights one wasnt working and it went crazy
