what diff oil do you use?

hey guys i'm starting to get a whine from my diff so going to check the oil and change it but wandering what the best oil to use is?

what do you guys use in yours?

if its an lsd i used penrite lsd oil when i installed an lsd on the weekend, just duck into auto1 and they should be able to pick the best oil just dont go to supercheap they wont know anything lol.

I use shell lsd oil, you can use it in both however it does whine slightly (you can hear it when you back off with no body deadner in the car). But I would put that down to my diff building skills more than anything else :P

nah all diff oils should suit an open diff.. just when you have an LSD you have to make sure you use one that is suitable for it.
