Yes you can still buy the genuine plastic ss kits from holden but they're not cheap. A complete kit wont leave you any change from $1000. Probably best to keep an eye out for good condition second hand ones.

Umm and your saying a full aftermarket and painted SS kit will cost less than 1k? Maybe second hand or you painted it yourself. Im sure each piece is like 200-250 unless you can show me where they sell cheaper

Whoops thats a typo, should have double checked it. I meant to say that you wont get much change from $2000 for a new genuine kit from a holden dealership. I looked into it a few years ago and was quoted $1950 from memory. That was for a complete kit consisting of 8 pieces that are just bare yellow plastic, i.e not primed or painted. It was an extra $580 for an s-pac boot lip spoiler.

I picked up a full ss kit (genuine GMH plastics) for 350$ on ebay.. oh but it didnt come with the front lip spoiler.. The guy posted it through australian post from NSW .. postage only cost him 33$ :S which is wierd because when i bought the front lip spoiler of this other guy from sydney it cost me 150$ (genuine) and postage was 80$ because australia post said it was to big to send.. lol.. think i got jibbed.. just wanting to know if there are any other bits for the body i need? cheers.

No, just the Front lip, 2 piece side skirts, and 3 piece rear lip.

If your putting the spotties in, you'll also need the 2 bezzels, and then mod your bumper to suit.
