You either have a vacuum problem, your heater tap is siezed, the air mixer isn't working, or it could be something more mysterious. There is a member called Wavez who has been having a few problems. You should start by doing a search of the JC site, there is plenty of info out there, unless you feel that your problem is different.

Quickly - a few things to check (since you have climate control):

Does the air change from the centre to floor vents when going up a hill?
Yes - vacuum problem, check for leaks and vacuum solenoid block operation.
No - your vaccum might be ok, go to next question.

Get the car warm, set the CC module to Hot and check the heater pipes (two brass coloured pipes) behind the CC module, above the drivers foot rest. Are the pipes cold?
Yes - heater tap is probably siezed, check its operation
No - your air mixer is faulty, or there is another cause. Either way I can't help there.

Please do some research and search the site. If you can't find the problem put another post up with what you know and someone might be able to help.
