I'd hazard a guess and say it's the same tiny bulb that goes behind the A/C button. Mine blew and I used one I unsoldered from a radio but I've since found they are available over the counter at Holdens. I'd go to Holdens and look at their screen which displays the bulb and switch and figure out how to remove. Sorry I cannot be of more help.

Are you talking about the one in the centre console or the door itself?

I havent had to pull apart the ones in the door itself, but I assume they are the same design as the centre console. The centre console goes like this -

The are small little bulbs that are soldered in. To disassemble the switch you need a soldering iron and a lot of patients. It is fiddly and all sort of clips together. It can be done. Your easiest option though is just to replace the switch. If you have a soldering iron and want to give bulb replacement a go - by all means - youre problem then is chasing up the right bulb - holden might, or repco? If not, just go to the wreckers or watch ebay, remove the switch, disconnect the connector and youre good to go.

Maybe try tightening the connector, just to make sure its not just a loose connection. Long shot, but worth a try.

I thought the VS power window switches on the center console had 3mm green leds in them? I know my old one did when I pulled it appart.
