If Im right in my thinking, if the Ecotec heads will bolt up to a series 2 buick, that means the intake manifold should bolt on top with the VS heads, right? Anyone keen to try it?

well the deck height is different for a start im sure that will make fitting the manifold difficult in stock form

Cam will have to be changed too as the valves are in a different location. Also I think there is a difference in the water jackets as well.

if you buy a willem eprom programmer $45 on ebay or an ostrich emulator from moates.net you can tune the ecu you have allready and it will be better than most aftermarket ecu's out there as it allready has all the cold start and stuff done and will save on lots of tuning

get a foam tune, seriously..... will save you a shitloaaaaaaaaaaad!

(because the stock ecu is apparently pretty good on the tuning side for a stock ecu)
