Hey guys.

Driving back home last night from the middle of no where, i had to slow down for some dude doing 70 in an 110 zone, so i went to over take, kicked down into 2nd, then tried to goto 3rd gear and just redlined.

I taked to some of the specialists around town and they said a new box will cost around 2k. i was thinking of just getting the clutch and then shift kitting the box to reduce slip. How hard are these to install?

I work 2 jobs but i will be out of them as i need my car to drive onsite so i obviously cant afford 2k
