It took me and my dad about 30mins to do the front of mine. Taking in mind we had a hoist and a rattle gun which made things alot easier.

Prob take a good hr depending.

Took me 3hrs to do all 4 springs in mine, but VR's are easier as teh hole strut can be unbolted from the hub, makes it alot easier to get the spring in n out

U will need spring compressors/

U can get new springs pretty cheap, round 200, i got mine off a sponsor on ere was 190, then 170 for front shocks, u will need lowered shocks for it.

you guys know of anyone who might want to do them tax free but a bit cheaper? on the sunny coast??
