vr v8 questions

hey got a vr v8 5.0l wagon, looking at doing diff ratio etc, is 4:11 ratios worth doing or would i loose way too much top speed? also is it worth going 4:11 with mini spool or would you expect too see me wrapped around a tree? is 3:89 or3:73s the best option and lsd or mini spool

i think 4.11 is overkill... you will be reving to 3000 rpm at 100km/h..
i have 3.7 in my v6 and it feels alot better.. i recommend 3.7's
also i wouldnt get a mini spool on a street car.. in the wet it will be practically undrivable.. not to mention the tyres you'll go through... good tight lsd is what you want mate.

where can i source a good lsd? i was thinking of getting one out of a sillhoute skyline but the lsd diffs have more bolts too the inspection plat so i assume its bigger
