    Default irs spring removal

    hey guys just wondering how do i get the springs out of my irs stato as i have airbags waiting to go straight in and tried for an hour yesterday but got nowhere.

    Mate, grab a spring compressor if you don't have one about $70.00. Compress the spring so that it can move around where it sits, then undo the bottom of your shocks, also support the bottom arm coming away from your shock on the inside with a jack. Just do this so that when the arm drops your don't rip your brake line off. Then give your spring a jiggle and out it pops. To replace it's a matter of doing the opposite of taking them out.

    you dont need spring compressors. make sure the handbrake is off when youre trying to remove them

    cheers stocky thats the handbrake was my problem still had to use spring compressors but, bags are now in and working
