Ventilation Problem

Hey

My VS Ute's ventilation system does its own thing. Driving along it changes the vents it is coming out of by itself. Mainly likes to come out at the feet. Seems to be a bit worse when you put your foot down.

Was doing it before I purchased it dealer reckons he put a replacement selector in the only thing was the directions don't match up with where the air comes from.

Any thoughts.
