We are going to need more info, where is the crack? Is it plastic or metal? A picture perhaps.

the cracks on the rear bumper, under the tail light,
got no camera at the moment but il try and get a picture.

size of a baseball? sounds like your going to need someone good with plastic welding, prob better to find one in same colour at a wreckers.

well it cracks out to around the size of a baseball, it was hit with a pole of some kind.

I agree with the second hand bumper idea. I don't think trying to repair a hole that size will look any good unless it is done by an expert and that will probably cost as much as a second hand bumper.

its not a hole,
its a large crack like
the plastic or whatever it is has chipped off and its cracked out a bit.

Supercheap has some plastic epoxy used for repairing plastic tanks, maybe you could try some of that. It's hard to say without seeing the damage.
