fuel problem vr 5lt

hi, i have a problem with my vr 5ltr, when driving it normally in straight lines and going around corners at normal rev,s etc it is fine but if i give it a heap of pedal going around a corner it cuts out has done it a couple of times and yesterday when it did it, it actually cut out completely and no power, started it back up sweet as and drove sweet as just does it going round corners then giving a boot full, any suggestions would be helpful,

How much fuel do you have in the tank?
Mine was cutting out when going around RH corners with less than a 1/4 tank of fuel. Fixed it by replacing the fuel pump. All ok now.

at the moment it only has a 1/4 of a tank of gas aswell, will fill it up and try that, if it doesn't do it will look at fuel pump cheers

thinking somthin to do with the swirl pot, and return line.

may sound like a dumb question but where is the swirl pot, also is the coil mounted by the dizzy, if not where abouts
