'99 VS III Statesman steering wheel same as '99 WH I

Are '99 WH I steering wheels bolt on to '99 VS III as they look the same except the stitching on the top of the steering wheel?
Need to know because my leather has started peel apart and can get on but from a WH.

dont quote me on this but I think the WH will have a different steering column and the wheel wont ft.

the WH is a vt/vx stato or similar yeah?

if this is the case then it wont fit.
