could it be the rear wheel bearing?

her guys
i gota vr commodore and theres been a knocking noise in my car and it sounded like it was coming from the front left wheel. so i changed the wheel bearing 2 times ..its still there.
i took it to my mechanic today and he drove it and said that its my left rear wheel bearing ..LOL
could this be the noise coming from the front of the car as he said it can sound like its coming from the front but really its the back

Sound can travel quite a distance so I wouldn't doubt the mechanic. If your rear is solid you just need a axle and bearing from a wrecker or get a new bearing pressed on. IRS costs.

Maybe get a pedders suspension check that way they can give you a complete run down on your cars suspension.
