    Default vr v6 power lose:(

    my vr berlina II is losing power and i think its affecting my fuel economy.
    at around 60km i can accelarate with the revs going up but no power going to the wheels. any help would be appreciated

    First thing you need to do is check to see if any error codes have been looged - they will give you an indication of where the problem lies. I've attached the link - it's very easy to do. And welcome to the forum.

    sounds like the gear box is slipping, does it change gear when u back the pedal off at around 3500 to 4000 rpm

    its one shot gear box, clutch plates are burnt, you can try the service with sum transmission anti slip stuff if that doesnt work wave good buy to the box. where in aust are ya?
