Vs Calais Power Window Problem

Hi all. Wanting to know if anybody has had a problem with there power windows getting stuck in a vs. I have been able to get it to go back up using some WD-40 on some of the joints but it makes a real loud clicking noise when it reaches the top. Could any1 help? thanks

Sound like a broken regulator or window motor gear stipped, maybe replace the regulator and motor!

Have you checked to see that the four rivets that fasten the regulator to the door frame are still there and not loose. The standard rivets are aluminium and do break when they get older.
