VN Auto gearbox onto VR

hey guys,

i've installed a vn auto gearbox onto an auto vr.

will i have problems with the kickdown cable? Im not sure what to do as there appears to be an extra electrical plug.

I dont think it'll work. The VN TH700 is hydrolic and the VR's is electrical. My bro tried to do the same thing and in the end it wouldn't work due to this.

On the box or the car? It's probably for the electronic internals of the VR box.

You could make it work, probably, but not without a whole bunch of error codes (these particularly) and other issues + problems popping up. Probably not worth the hastle.

slap a vn throttlebody and cable bracket on it and hook up the cable and slap in a manual ecu
