code for oxygen sensor.what should i do?

About a week or so ago i did a error check on my V6 VR,and got a 13,35 and 36 error code,after that i did nothing and decided to reset the ECU.Since then ive done another error check,now its come up as code 31 and nothing else (besides the 12 at startup).Should i still replace the oxygen sensor?.or wait a while longer and check it again?.Its been an easy 5 days since i last checked it.ive done roughly around 300k`s in the last 5 days.
