VR series 2 performance opinions

hey i got a stock vr series 2 3.8v6 im in victoria on pplate restrictions and wanting my vr to go harder and quicker off the mark so i was thinking of giving it a bit of a performance upgrade like putting in the following


performance chip any recomendations?
Cold air intake. ss bigmouth or just a holden one?
k & n air filter
removing the bellmouth?
catback exhaust system with pacemaker extractors
stage 2 shiftkit with corvette servo.... transgo sk,b&m sk or?
rollerrockers yt 1.7 or 1.8?
LSD with mini spool and the diff gears changed and what ratio?

roller rockers go 1.8's
go 3.7 diff gears.
