Bonnet catches on left hand wiper when lifted

When I lift my bonnet on my VR it catches on the Left wiper arm, it is only by a little and I can open the bonnet still but I would like to fix it.
Any one had this problem?

Sounds like your bonnet is slightly misaligned. There's some nuts on the side of the hinge near the windscreen, try adjusting them, might help.

Or, your wiper arm isn't lining up right.

If your wipers arent streight in line on the windscreen then it may be your bonet.
Check if ur bonet is inline with the gaurds and if not then adjust the bonet as mentioned.

If the wipers need adjusting then pop the cap up and undo the nut. Pull the wiper off and re-align it.

If the bonnet hinge is bent (seizing up) the bonnet at the rear when in the locked position will sit below the top of the gaurd by about 3-5mm. This is all thats needed to clip the wiper.

You will often see a VN getting around with the front of the bonnet raised up a few mil - bent hinges.
