mini spool a v6 ??????

i hav a v6 wagon that sits on the brake easy with the single spinner, now this monday im gettin a line locker to lock off the rear brakes when i want ,i was wondering if the old v6 would hav enough go in it to spin the two wheels if it was mini spooled with the rear brakes disabled any ideas,
