Got a few shallow but large starches on the VS ute and wondered what the best way to buff them out is.
Also my sister borrowed it and scraped it along her picket fence, no damage but some white paint transfered over.
On the VK's I could just use a little wet n dry, but on that kind of metallic copper paint I'd be a bit more hesitant.
Any advice would be much appreciated.
There's an easy way to check if a scratch can be buffed out, run a fingernail across the scratch and see if you can feel a ditch where the scratch is, if its smooth it should buff out no problems with good ol' turtlewax on your first go. If its rough that either means that the scratch is going nowhere without painting, I think, you could always just try giving it a real workover with a buffer but I'm not sure if its possible![]()
