    Default v8 5.0L conversion into vr v6

    hey i wanna put a 5 litre in me vr 3.8. wats mods need to be done n will i need a new transmission, diff etc

    you neeed
    engine
    k frame
    loom
    computer
    memcal
    dash
    trans
    new mounts (two engine one trans)
    headers or equilivant and y peice
    front half of a tail shaft
    radiator
    and while the engine is out replace everything you need too and anything that will envolve removing engine later on if it could go wrong

    if you want air con u need compressor lines and the little bottle thingo up front

    im also interested in converting my vr v6 to a 5.7 preferably, or 5l, does anyone know about much it would cost by the time it was in and runing?

    How much would it cost to do by the time it was in and running? and also would a 350 chevy fit in a vr?

    unless your are able to do the conversion yourself or have too much money to play with its not worth the cash you might as well start with an already v8 car and play with that in my opinion

    yeah but it wont work i dont think, the plugs will be different. The T5 tou could, wether it lasts is another story.
