Those mods won't increase the power by much at all, plus with the age and condition of the engine, kw will be less then 145.
Sounds like you have covered the basics so far, maybe debadge it to make the rear a bit sleeker?

ill answer that for him, it has an LPG tank, however it is dual fuel and it runs heaps better on petrol. he would like to get a tune to have it run on gas, but with us both being students right now, money is a bit hard to come by right now

if its the thing thats connected to the air filter as well then its an impco 225 gas mixer from the factory fitted gas tank and thats just how they did it. if not not sure where you mean sorry
