Looks very nice mate I could be biased but meh lol. Same colour as mine as well!
The colour is Bontanica Mica (code B148), which looks awesome out in the sunlight.

Well my front sway bar links are done and i get my wheelbearing tomorrow, so im getting there.
Only need a set of tyres and the windscreen and she's ready for compliance.
o and i went to the dyno shop to better explain the dyno sheet and she is running 165rwkw so im still bloody stocked with that.
The killers gunna be the complaince for $280 and the re-reg and new plates for $298
oo and may have found some rims i know everyone hates them but im a bit partial to the 3spoke vr-vs clubby stil rims so watch this space =D

Oh lol and the AirBag issue was the way the previous owner had wired up the boost gauge.
disconnected all teh wiring for the boost gauge light cleared the fault codes and she was good as gold =D

Okies so after much abuse from delco, my flatmate and my wife i abandoned the idea of the 3 spoke rims and decided to put my time and effort into getting the beast on the road and she's ready.

Wheel bearings done and all sorted got a new windscreen and a set of decent tyres.
Gave her a really good clean underneath to see if i could find any leaks or stuff i might fail compliance on and she looks all good.
So far the bill is at $2640.
Once i have it re-registered it will have cost me a total of $3218.
    So im still pretty stoked.

Looks like a good plan especially the cam part. Im also looking into rebuild options for my Calais. Havent made and solid plans yet but there are options all over the place for this engine. Make sure to keep the two tone if you do paint it though. Its what makes the Calais stand out from the other solid colour commodores and just looks the goods too.
