Haha too true mate! I'm allowed to drive it as i got my greens before the restrictions came in, but the mrs can't lol!

Thanks man, lol its done a few more than yours! Its got 195,000km on it. I'm not too worried, it's had a good service history and is great to drive!

Cheers Troy, yeah i really like them too, they suit so well! I like them more than Amanda does anyway, she's not too keen on them. Lol I think Haydz wants them when we're done with them!

Haha definately Nathan! Roof lining is out and prepped for some new material (Amanda wants black but i'm trying to convince her to get factory grey), shouldnt be too much longer to wait before Phreddy's got all the interior lighting sorted, and it needs tint BAD. Hopefully get some more things done after the wallet recovers from xmas/new years and holidays that we're taking soon.

Meantime, the fuel pump decided to shit itself 35km from home at midnight the sunday night before xmas, $150 tow to follow and another $125 for a new fuel pump and fuel filter, minor setbacks really. Gotta get that sorted tomorrow!

In other news, Haydz and I have bought another crashed stato to pinch bits from and sell the rest off of, depending on condition this might get a few good bits...

    Cheers

Thanks man, theyre v6 super lows which are same as v8 ultras so its really ultras all round lol! Yeah i've seen some pics with these wheels polished and am keen to persuade the mrs to get them done! No idea on price to polish them up yet though. Did you do yours yourself or get them pro done, and how much if you dont mind me asking?

Hey thanks mate, yours is looking good too! We bought the car with the busted vs ornament despite being advertised as having it, so we got a few $ knocked off the sale price. Then later found out a WH one would fit with some small modding so i bought one of those for her, looks absolutely awesome!

Yes Yes mr Haydz take your time to post in here too

That pic is more progress than i seem to have as well! Everything i've posted up in here is pretty much bog stock! Your pic's got the new headlights, plates and i think the WH bonnet badge woulda been on there too. Really need to get some more pics up i think! Looks much better with the ultras in the front now too

Yeah i reckon the wheels will come up great when polished with some fat tyres and walls, who knows, prob down the track somewhere!

Oh yeah that night the fuel pump died, mr crowbar guy was pretty scary lol!

But yes in latest news, the caprice will be getting a foam memcal soon!

Rich they look farkin ace! I didnt think gold wires would look soo good! I'll have to see if i can convince Mandy to go this way, definately unique! Thanks man!

Been a long time since an update here, but had a few things done...

New pics since the front's been lowered, atm its on v6 ultras which tuck tyre at the front! Sometimes gets some light scrubbing, will prob have to stick some slightly higher springs in the front when some bigger rims go on.

Under the hood, the coolant overflow has been sprayed in gloss black engine enamel which looks surprisingly good! The CAI and airbox have been done with heatproof clear enamel.

Roof's been retrimmed in black, grab handles and sunvisors have been vinyl dyed to match, along with the seat belt height adjusters, a, b and c pillar trims, parcel shelf and rear speaker bezels which all came out awesome! Also had the steering wheel retrimmed in leather with purple stitching and WH caprice horn pad, the auto shifter trimmed to match, an isotta bling bling handbrake and 20% window tint all round. Mod list updated.

Time for some current pics, these are from the robertson cruise on the weekend:

    Enjoy...
