thanks all,i actually have a vs spac lip to go on once its painted,hopefully next week that will happen.
i gave the car a good polish today and was amazed how much better the paint came up,no pics though...

update:
got the vr/vs s pac lip painted and fitted it myself.
it was a bit scary drilling through my good boot lid as i had never done anything like that before but i measured it about 10 times before drilling...
also painted my engine covers blue,not an immaculate paint job but better than having 2 red and a grey cover.
other than that,havn't done much to it except wash it, polish it & drive it.

so i thought id just do a quick update,got a new bonnet and guards to replace the stone chipped ones,fitted some new rear shocks as the old ones were completely stuffed and recently went over it with a mothers clay bar, meguiar's scratch x and polish.

Also went to a little race track out near Bathurst for a peter brock memorial cruise, i dont think many people have heard of it, they call it MT Panorama.

Oh awesome, it was the exhaust on your car that I recognised actually haha. I thought it was pretty good too, damn cold though. Ah ok lol, we posted the pics we took in my thread (link's in my sig below)

Did you get your original rear lip cut for the second exhaust?

Could you post a pic of the exhaust cut out on the RHS?

I want to do this to mine, but the original cut out is molded and I want to see if you can notice the difference between the two.

sorry for the delay in replying, i bought the car with the rear lip missing but found another genuine lip and had that cut when i had the front and rear bumpers painted. i also now have 2 spares just incase.
do you mean the molded part the goes in behind the lip,runs along the exhaust slightly?
i thought of the same thing when i had the RHS cut out but i ended up getting the "professional" to cut the molded part off the LHS also.
its hardly noticeable, people would probably more pick where the "professional" ####ed it when he cut the RHS out than the moulded bit being cut off.
i can still get a pick if you want?

Yeah thats it, the molded part that goes in behind the lip.

Never thought of getting that cut out to match the RHS, cheers for that. No need for the pic but thanks anyway.

Looks like i'll get a lip off ebay for someone to cut, as my original also has a towbar cut out that I dont want.

no worries, you could always get the tow bar cutout plastic welded, mine had the cut out also which i got plastic welded/glued using the piece that was cut out for the exhaust.
