    Default My VR SERIES 2

G'day all, just thought i'd drop in a line here,

after my friend crashed my old VR, i decided i couldn't live without another one, i love them to bits.

So i picked up this tidy package for just over $2000

    Basic Specs:
    ---------------
    3.8 V6
    5 SPEED MANUAL
LOWERED WITH PEDDERS SPRINGS ALL ROUND
    VR SS INTERIOR
    TINTED WINDOWS
STANDARD INTERCEPTOR TYPE RIMS WITH CENTER CAPS AND CHROME TRIMS
PIONEER CD PLAYER 6 BY 9'S AND 6 INCH SPEAKERS
2 AND A HALF INCH CAT BACK EXHAUST WITH TWIN DUMP TIP

She probably needs some basic interior work, and some clutch fixes, but apart from that, she's solid.

I plan to do a couple of things to it, including:
    -----------------------

Interior dash and center console is black, changing the colour to my old one (grey on grey)
Dash lights re-work, bit of originality
    Re-spray - Panther Mica
New rims - undecided on what ones, tips? advice?
New colour scheme inside, more originality to be had here, something to make this car it's own
Some head and tail light work
Engine work - On my P's so nothing major now, but in the future i'll be looking to be putting in a V8 of some description, im only on Vic Red's, so that's a while away yet.
SS kit work - spoiler, skirts, bumpers etc. It already has SS interior seats.

That's as far as i got so far, cheers

    Pictures:

    - minus the seat covers (i hate seat covers) and a new gear lever has been put in.

    - don't let the picture fool you, this car is properly low. It will not go on a car trailer because it whacks the exhaust on the way through and jams, and i have doubts about whether you could even get it on a tow truck, haha. Just how i bought it, i'll probably bring it up a little bit to make my life on speed humps a bit easier.

It goes really well for just over $2000, love the VR / VS's to bits.
