95 VS Ute!

Bought this VS ute a few weeks ago, for $9000 runs like a dream, no hassles very clean and tidy yea may seem bit more expensive than the usual VS/VR utes but you can see what i paid for, interior is immaculate and exterior is very nice clean and tiny, take my hat of to the previous owner of 13 years

3.8l V6 ecotec
118,000k's on the clock a big reason why i got it shopped around for this one
Auto columnshift, something different i spose
Rims: Unsure but they are nice dont think ill change them suit it well genuine hsv ones

Mods: Open for sudjestions!, as its not a V8 im not going all out just maybe Cold air intake, exrtactors, memcal chip etc the basics to make it run smoother, and probably exhaust

Yeah i might get FE2 or something, i dont want it scrapin i work on building sites and always have to jump curbes and shit. lol everyone has been sayin lose the badge how comes that? anyone else got any ideas go nutz

Looks Good mate. I actually recently got my self a bargain to. I bout a 95 vs ute 5litre for $6500

i was stoked hey, it only had 118000 k's on and and had a 2 month old paint job. Its black with light
gold pearl under it so when the sun hits it, it goes a goldy colour, looks good

inside and out very straight..

ill prob have to put some pictures up to show u guys if ya's want

yeah but nice buy mate, sure does pay to shop around seeings these are still fetching over 10 000
from some ppl

Alrite i been out today going around to all performance and mechanics what not, have found my best price this is what im going to get

Exctractors: $650

2 1/2 inch exhaust - $ 280

Cat back s/steel tip - $80 (not 100% on this one but so far yes or might just go twin this is just the big oval shape

Cold air intake - $330 - does this seem rite for the cost? otherplaces i went to had it cheaper

Was gonna go the high fl cat but the mechanic said theres really no point, drew a digram telling me how it all works so atleast hes bein honest if i did get it $360

All up he said he'd do it for $1300 including fitting will take 1 day so im happy with that just gota get a few more pay checks into me

they look neater with badges off. im an apprentice chippy so me to i only ordered lows so it will still be practical.

looks nice and neat mate.. ive taken my badges off. slamed it on ultras and chucked sum 19s under it. i originally went with the 20s but was a rough ride.

i will lower it in the future, but thats not priority atm, i wanna have a look around at the different stages of lowering, i want to not scrape over humps/curbs but for it to still be noticeable and practical ...ahh damnit every week im thinkin of something i can do there goes the $$$

This Thursday the ute goes in for some Mods, took longer than i thought but bills love to pop out of knowhere will put up some photos once its done, cannot wait first mod to the car!

Yeah mate should be all ready to go, but im in a pickle..think i told my mate id work with him on saturday, not realising thats Dyno day but hopin he mite forget, as much as i love my satday work good Coin SO YEAH **** lol

Got some Lukey Extractors
New Exhaust system 2 1/2 Catback
and a Big mouth CAI

Sounds alot louder than i first thought, defintly feel the power when ur on the hwy, nice tone to it while driving, im stoked with it
