whaa win for that manta grill in the front. Looks pretty sweet wouldnt wanna change the body to much except maybe some clear side indicators. Maybe lower and some different rims?
yeah ive ordered some clear indicators. hopefully no fag will steal them, on my last car mine got stolen twice
i love these rims i wanna keep them haha. only ones id ever consider putting on r vr clubby or senator rims which look pretty similar anyway so i probs wont bother.
the other thing i like is the ss lips and sideckirts, if i can find them cheap enough i might consider that.
Looks really neat mate. Clear indicators will look good on it. The manta grill looks great on it too.
looks tough as, bit of a different style to most vr/vs going around. love it.

very slow progress atm. got some ss sideskirts, s pac boot lip, strut bar and im in the middler of colour coding the engine covers.
strut bar is on but the skirts, lip and engine covers are going to be sitting in the shed waiting for paint for some time while i sort out some issues with various fluid leaks
some pics after a much needed wash

mounted the amps on the back of the seats.
installed a strut bar and got new floor mats

subs back in and mounted properly
hsv logo in the boot. nice touch or a bit tacky, thoughts?

looks good, seeing as its HSV enhanced, i see no problem with it.
now when you start with the chev badges cut into the carpet, thats a different kettle of fish! haha
Nice mate, looks good as. Did it come with the Manta grille or did you fit it?
Fair enough, they were the first things along with the colour that made me think it looks damn nice too.it was on the car when i bought it, it was that and wheels that attracted me to the car in the 1st place before i discovered its many special features
looks brand new one of the rarest and cleanest ive seen.
Nice mate..........

My VS II Berlina Wagon
MY12 II SV6 Sportwagon
so after a whole year of owning what i thought was a hsv enhanced vr berlina i finally got around to contacting hsv about my car. according to thier records its a genuine senator no.179. As you can see above its missing a fair few items, any ideas on what may be the case here?
Very nice car, score with the manta grill and that grey is by far one of the nicest colors.
But the main reason I posted is that I know a senator with what I think might have been the badges 179, wouldn't have a clue why some one would convert her back to a berlina but I can check the car I think as the badge 179 for you if you'd like and see if there is a story behind it.
