My 96 SS

This is my second commodore and first v8 and I thought I'd put it up seeing as its a bit more flash than my VL, only had it 2 odd months with a few surprises along the way. At some point a miner or complete nut owned it because when you remove trims etc. theres a ridiculous amount of dirt under there and apparently they were filling they boot up with dirt etc. When I serviced it for the first time I pulled old gm leads and plugs out, and while I could believe plugs the leads got me thinking it was possibly a shelf motor but I'm not entirely sure but it does run well for how I imagine it would have been treated. Also needs foggies cause aforementioned crazy person also put a vx gts body kit on it so it has a s pack bar now I'm pretty sure.

Engine mods: Extractors and 3in exhaust, Hi flow filter
Gearbox: 5 speed with unknown HD clutch
Wheels: VY SS
Suspension: Lowered with Pedders not sure how far, But extractors and bar across fuel tank will hit if I don't crawl it
Future Mods: Not sure, pretty happy with it visually, just needs some touching up and the fog lights and bezels. Trying to decide between supercharger or crate motor/proper rebuild, but that won't happen for a while.

cheers, yeah mine is just the mock up SS... got it like that when i first bought it.. just a few lil things to work on it then i wont do no more, gonna be a daily and a cruiser
