Some fag hit my car in car park with no note, and left me with a half hanging cracked bumpers.... Soooo i got an ss bumper and repsrayed and here it is !

Yeah i will be doing that.
Spraying the rest of the ss kit this weekend front and sides.
then to fix the door which my old man was reversing the boat out of drive way and damaged it....

Aircon re-gassed so much better

Next few things will be the carpet- tinting and redoing the dash and door trims

Weekend sanding down the side and front ss kit...
oh my got was it beaten up had to take most of the paint off, the guy who i bought it off painted it white with no sand down and primer before he did....
Took a long time to clean up.. I ran out of paint for the side skirts but got the front painted gonna get more and use the compressor for them and the doors + handles

Ill put some pics of front bumper later, going to put it on tonight

i had the same problem with the no note the other day as well, and it was my back quarter panel so i cant replace it with an ss bumper

a possible idea you could look at in the future could be make a custom boot setup? i did it to mine to hide the gas tank and it looks pretty sweet. I just thought it looks nicer ha

and are those vy's 17 or 18's?

Just make a wooden panel to slot in cover it and staple fabric to it ?
I'll try that depends I may be bogging my doors which has a dent and spraying the ss side skirts or re-do the tinting this weekend, either

no worries, yeah i just got a panel with some fabric and it fits between the roof of the boot and the floor, was a lot easier than i thought haha, ive got a picture of it in my thread somewhere.

very nice, im hoping to get my hands on a set of 18's in the next week i reckon they really suit the vs

I'm looking into the vz monro rims on the vs, they also look great on a vs nice and clean.
I'll probably do that boot cover mod this weekend, seems easy thanks mate

Debadged her got the crap left over any good tips to remove, "Without the electric wheel that removes it in seconds"
Its only for this and im not keen on going out buying it for 1 bit, unless i must..

Window wipers paint on the metal was going white and fading.
Sanded them down and put a nice fresh prime 'n' paint on her looks good as new !

Anyone got a good tip to remove the crap that is left when de-badging ??

Small update, been bogging doors up and sanding down, both sides have some damage. Soon to repsray in the next 2 weeks

I used some polish or a cut and polish and just buffed it off which worked well man.

Got the car back with nice dark tinting yeah
Looking goood now gotta finish bogging the side door and spray the sides + put on the ss side skirts which are just sitting there waiting..

Great progress man, looks great with the SS kit, km not a fan of the giant Holden sticker on the back window though.
