So there's a typo in the heading.. don't really know what to do about that
But here's some front panels i got from the wreckers after a long long time of bashing screws that felt like they were welded on to the car.

Also just won these 16" statesman wheels with new tyres, will do until I've got the cash for some bigger rims

The wheels are perfect man, brand new tyres and not 1 mark on the rims. Such a good buy.
The sound systems been in my old VR for nearly a year now but I'm thinking of selling the subs and just getting one decent one instead of the twins.. and maybe figure out a nice display/boot layout one day.
Hoping to get most of the work done on the VS really soon as my VR has had it.

I've been searching around but haven't really found any clear information.
Does anyone know a good guy/place that can come and replace the front windscreen for me? And what the average cost would be.
My VR's making some strange noises now so I'm hoping to get the VS on the road ASAP

Also I've gotten my VY sunglasses holder and have been painting my calais map light, also got some blue vision globes for them.
Just need to choose the material for my headlining and find a good festoon globe now.

Haven't been updating much recently but still been working on my car a fair bit.
Got the new front guards on both sides
    painted my reo bar
    new altezza headlights
temporary front bumper i found at the wreckers
    started removing old window tint
half way through painting patches/touching up scratches on the roof (as i'm not confident enough to do the whole thing)
    got the windscreen replaced

Prob have a look over it yourself. Go over the bushes, exhaust, engine, look for anything that doesnt look right.
Looks like it's coming along nicely.

Yeah I'm gonna have a good look over it on the weekend.
I put the bonnet on today and noticed there is quite a larger gap between the fender on the drivers side and the bonnet
Also if you look at the pics, on the same side the fender is hanging over the FDS indicator more the the passenger side..
I'm guessing it because that's one of the places the car was smashed in when i got it, but I'm not sure what to do about it :S and if it'll be to much of a problem

I'm also planning on taking it to a mechanic to get a look over for the RWC, just don't know who to take it to yet.
need someone around the blackburn area, in Melbourne, that's not gonna go over it and decide that the tiniest irrelevant things fail, and just tells me what it really needs.

Edit: managed to get it all of by sitting it in the sun to soften the glue

Got a lot done yesterday, changed oil, drive belt and fixed the water pump for the window washers.

Took the car to the mechanic today to see what was needed for a RWC
Apart from all the little jobs I've been working on, I just needa get the power steering rack and link pins replaced.
Thinking about having a go at the link pins myself, but gonna pay for him to put in the power steering rack.

Should have the RWC sometime next week
