Looking at things it has problems. Was the motor running when taking those pics?

I got it drove it over 50kms in peak hour and got home great only see 2 problems with the car steering rattles abit under braking and the front tyre's other then that runs great for 400

The engine light is on, so thats why I asked if if the motor was running... I would suggest doing an error code check.. I only paid $1000 for mine but it almost cost me another $1000 to get it running right.

Looks like its not running. No RPMs and looks like the oil light might be on just outside the pic.

In this case engine light on is normal

Good score, the stereo gear is prob cost close to that when purchased and if it all works ok then its a pretty good deal. I'm guessing from the k's and being sold on gumtree may have belonged to international visitors?? Prob needs a good service. Nice work.

Even though my VS was running ok, it was going through heaps of fuel and losing water. A few parts later now is all good....

its was an aussie that sold it to me he said he didn't have the money to put it over the pits ect didnt think it was worth it lol
stereo sounds great i had to soldier in the stereo because the guy just used tape ftw.
oh found out today has after market extractors

This photo actually has my VB too which was my first car and crashed a year before th VC. I was 17, unexperienced in the VB and wrong place wrong time in the VC. VC was mint.

yeah the vr is pretty tidy i have 14 days to book it in and fix everything before i have to hand in the plates

no plans for the vc sle (blue one) just my daily driver atm has a blue 202
the green vc will probably be crushed once i get everything i need of it seals chrome ect

wow your vc is stuffed check out my mums old vn ss hsv after hitting a 4x4 front damage is 4x4 door damage is someone reversing out there drive way with out looking

it was a vn ss hsv its still in wa my dad thinks it was one of 150 or 350 i was told i forget twin throttle body crashed 6 times is all i really know about it
oh and it was traded in at Brian Gardner for around 30 grand for a vs sentor 185i back in the day that was also later crashed lol

found out one of the rims had a crack so put some pursuit rims on it with wheel covers
just so it looks like a old persons car & hopefully it will pass the pits


just wanna thank beauzza of the jc forum for coming around my place and having a look at my car to help my find stuff i need to fix before i take it over the pits

just a quick update doing the work to put it over the pits

all it needed was handbrake adjusted (done)
fix a couple of oil leaks (doing them this weekend)
new rotors and front pads (done)
should be all good by monday

just have to book it in for a second Vehicle Inspection in the next few weeks

That was a good buy, by the looks of it, it has had a reconditioned engine at some stage. We sell reconditioned HM Gem engines where I work, plus I just had my supercharged engine rebuilt by them.

been a while since i updated the car aint running for some strange reason
but while i figure out how to get it running im doing other work on it
stereo interior ect.
i found a guy on gumtree said he is wrecking a stato and i can have the whole interior for a 100 bucks SCORE! he said the seats are a big stuffed waiting on pics but either way im gonna go get the wood grain see what else i can get maybe the cluster aswell

2 updates in one day wow lol got a (local) mechanic coming out to have a look at my car he use to work for holden so he says ...anyway he said he will check error code bcm ect and only wants 50 bucks because he is at a job and my house is on his way home woot

will post back how good he is an whats wrong with my car later if he can figure it out.
